Exchange policy
To exchange a product please email us the order# with product name, a photo of the original purchase receipt, and a photo of the defected item/issue at The Given Email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Alternatively, you can call us on the given number from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (PST).
Once you reach out, our customer care agent will promptly get in touch with you. After confirming the issue with your order, they will guide you through a simple, 3-step exchange process designed to make everything quick and hassle-free.
